    Dt: 1999 ford f150. The consumer stated that door on driver's side cracked just above the door handle. The consumer contacted the dealer, they said they could go 80%, the consumer could go 20% on the balance to have the door fixed. This would take 3 to 4 days. Door was cracked before the consumer bought the vehicle. The consumer stated this was a structural defect. Dealership said it was a known structure defect.…
