On now 4 occasions, i have had an accelerator stuck in wide open condition. On 3 of them, it involved passing at highway speeds, and on the latest (10/22/16), it happened on a hard acceleration in city conditions while accelerating from slow to faster speed. 2004 ford f150 supercrew. For the 5th time one of the windows has dropped into the door due to the regulator malfunctioning. The first 3 times were covered by the extended warranty i purchased.
