Left rear wheel fell off the pickup. Damaging rear disc and axle. I was going approximately 45 mph when this happened. The vehicle has had a vibration problem at 65 mile ph varying in intensity. The dealer replace the drive axle, wheel, caliper/disc and brake lines free of charge. The vibration at 65mph still continues. The dealer has stated the vibration is within allowable limits as determined by the manufacturer.…

While traveling eastbound on freeway, left rear wheel flew off truck, over concrete median barrier into westbound traffic. An accident subsequently ensued in westbound lanes involving pregnant woman.
