He never received a recall notice and no preventive repairs were made in the event of a fire. Prior to the fire, the cruise control had stopped working. 1 month ago my 2001 f150 would not crank. I checked the fuse and the #6 fuse (5 amp) had blown. I replaced it with a new 5 amp fuse and it blew again.
