The passenger side seat belt has become unusable due to not coming out to be able to belt in passengers. Also, it will not retract fully. This is a serious safety issue, due to seat belt laws and regulations and passenger safety issues, and should be addressed and fixed on any ford that is having such issues or similar issues. *tr
