The vehicle that is talked about in this is a 2006 ford f-150 that recently went in for an annual nys safety inspection and failed due to an excessively rusted frame that resulted in cracks on both frame rails. This truck has only ~50,000 miles and it is unknown how long the frame has actually been cracked and still driven.

Truck was at dealership for repairs, when i was told not to have repairs done because the frame is cracked and rusted thru. They said the vehicle is unsafe to drive. The truck is now worthless. In my 50 years of owning and driving numerous vehicles in the northeast, i never had a rusted frame issue. Ford will not help nor investigate the situation. *tr

I was loading stuff into the back seat of my 2006 f-150. The wind caught the front door and it slammed shut. The bottom of the door is extremely sharp and stuck into my leg. It required staples because it was to deep for stitches. Upon inspection, the door is not put together properly and the edges are not sealed. *tr
