    Underbody Shields

    Tl* the contact owns a 2012 ford f-150. While driving at various speeds, the undercarriage shield dropped to the ground. The vehicle was taken to a dealer. The technician diagnosed that the undercarriage shield needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure.
