Unexpectedly downshifting into first gear while in motion, speed ometer and mileage goes to zero, rpms starts to run high, and the tool light on the dash board comes on, in city streets and on highway driving. I was driving in freeway with speed of 60 to 65 miles. All sudden car makes big noise, seems like something hit but there is nothing and loose power and gear change to 1. 2013 ford f-150 ecoboost with 62000 miles. Currently giving cel code p0016. This is the timing chain stretch issue. Makes it difficult to accelerate to pass a vehicle. Should not have this issue with 62k miles.
