My vehicle was remote started warming up for about 10 mins, i got in the car and heard a loud pop, it sounded like a gunshot. There was no one or nothing around my vehicle. I looked back and my rear window was shattered for no reason.

The skid plate underneath the engine and transmission has inadequate fasteners. The fasteners do not retain the skid plate and skid plate will come loose. In my case the skid plate came completely loose and fell onto the highway and was subsequently struck by another vehicle.
