I have a moon roof that has never been open. It's making a sound like something is rattling. I went to open it for the first time since i bought it to see if the noise would stop. But it wont open. I took it into ford and they said i needed to replace the whole thing.? Why do i need too? Ford needs to take responsibility and fix the cheap parts they tried to get by with.

Upon walking up to my car to go to the gym i noticed that my rear window was completely shattered but in one single piece. There was no sign of impact. I was traveling at highway speeds on the roadway when i heard a bang, like a gun shot. I pulled over and discovered my rear windshield had shattered.
