While driving on the highway at multiple speeds the steering wheel seem locked and would not turn until i would release pressure from the current position and then attempt to turn the wheel again. This has happened numerous times, on and off the highway and at all speeds.

While turning my steering wheel along a curve on a state highway going approximately 40 to 55 mph, the wheel has to be reset to the center.
