Rear glass exploded. Rear de-frost turned on, electrical circuit issue caused rear glass to over heat and burn up, along with cold external weather causing very hot glass explosion while driving sending glass pieces everywhere. Glass particles very fine and caused scratches and bleeding.

Ongoing issue with door latches not operating when temperatures are below freezing. The door will not latch unless the door is locked. It seems it then is unable to be unlocked remotely or by power locks. Only way is to manually open the door from inside the cab.
