When i went to apply brakes, pedal felt awkward and hard, as if no power assist. I was caught by surprise and had to slam on brakes with excessive force. I hit a wall at slow speed and damaged my front bumper. This issue has happened several times of no power assist in mornings when first started. Ford has been unable to replicate it. I am taking to ford today after having a collision. I am scared to drive it. *tr

Deep grooves in front brake rotors after only 2800 miles . Ford replaced left calip turned rotors ; didn't replace pads. After 5800 mi rotors again had deep grooves in rotors. Ford has had truck for 5 days; unable to get rotors is the excuse. I don't know what is happening. I hope they replace both rotors ,pad and the right calip. Rotor s may need to be the ventilated type. *tr

Vibration felt in feet seat and is noticable in items within the cab of the vehicle. Vehicle has had tires replaced, driveline balanced. Ford dealership says the vehcile has an "inherent vibration" and there is nothing they can do. I wonder if this a safety concern?? Why does it vibrate and will something brake? I believe the "inherent vibration" is a defect. *tr

The brake system performs poorly. The brake pedal has a soft feel to it unless i pump the pedal 2 or 3 times. It acts like there is air in the system. The dealer states this feel is normal and took no action. Also, the brakes have on 2 occasions barely worked, i have needed to use both feet full force to get the truck to stop. I took the truck to the dealer today and they state they can find nothing wrong. I have no…
